At Muhabiya Services, we provide high-end, customized technical solutions including software development, BPO, and digital marketing. Due to the resource-intensive and intangible nature of these professional services, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy across all our strategic divisions.
1. General Service Terms
All sales are final. Once a project has been initialized, a technical brief signed, or a service cycle started, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued under any circumstances. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are purchasing professional technical time, expertise, and digital assets which cannot be "returned" or "restocked."
2. Project-Based Engineering (Software & Web)
- Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is achieved and approved (or deemed approved after 48 hours without feedback), the associated payment is non-refundable.
- Work-in-Progress: If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, the client is liable for the full amount of that milestone, plus a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project value to cover resource allocation.
- Source Code & Intellectual Property: No refunds are possible once source code, design files, or technical architectures have been shared with the client.
3. Digital Marketing & Advertising (SEO, SMM, PPC)
- Third-Party Costs: Ad spends, subscription fees, and third-party API costs are 100% non-refundable at all times.
- Management Fees: Monthly management fees for SEO, SMM, and Google Ads are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.
- Result Ambiguity: While we aim for maximum ROI, search engine algorithm changes and market fluctuations are outside our control. Lack of specific ranking results does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
4. BPO & Virtual Outsourcing
BPO services are billed based on dedicated human resource allocation. Once hours have been scheduled and agents allocated to your account, no refunds will be provided for unused hours within that billing cycle. High-latency client feedback or lack of task assignment by the client does not justify a refund or credit.
5. Project Abandonment
If a client fails to provide required feedback or assets for a period exceeding 15 consecutive days, the project will be marked as "Project Abandoned." In such cases, the contract is terminated, all paid funds are forfeited to Muhabiya Services as liquidated damages, and a reactivation fee will be required to resume the project.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Any attempt to circumvent this refund policy through a chargeback will result in the immediate termination of all services, revocation of all software licenses, and the filing of a formal legal claim as per the laws of Saudi Arabia.
7. Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in the extreme case where Muhabiya Services is fundamentally unable to initiate the services outlined in the primary technical agreement within 30 days of the project start date due to internal operational failure. Such refunds are at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
